Application's 'X' (close) button missing or grayed out due to design.

Cause:

The application is drawing its own title bar, which prevents the Windows 95 'Close' button from being enabled. For example, Microsoft FoxPro for Windows, versions 2.5 and 2.6, is known to behave this way.

Solution:

There is no workaround for this problem.
